Developers on the Developer plan can additionally list entire estates and off-plan units.

Gidillo gives Property Managers and Landlords a full toolkit for running rentals:

1. Rent collection — tenants pay in the app, and payments made outside the app can be recorded
2. Rent due notifications — tenants and managers are alerted when rent is due or a lease is renewing
3. Property database — every property with pictures, address and documents
4. Tenant database — names, phone numbers, emails, occupation, NIN and more
5. Payment tracking — financial transactions for every property
6. Property owners — assign owners to properties and pay them directly into their bank accounts
7. Reports — property, landlord and financial reports (from the Silver plan upwards)

Yes. If a tenant pays you directly — bank transfer or cash — you can record it:

1. Open the property or tenant record and record the rent payment as an offline payment
2. The payment appears in your tables, exports and financial reports tagged as Offline
3. Rent tracking and due-date reminders keep working as if it was paid in the app

The same applies to expenses: if you paid a contractor from your own bank because your wallet balance was low, record the expense as paid externally and it will be tagged offline in your records.

From the Silver plan upwards you get:

• Market trends for your area
• Property reports and landlord reports
• Notifications for lease renewals, property events and tenant issues

Premium Plus adds full financial reports — annual financial reports you can download as PDF, portfolio, property and estate breakdowns, rental income summaries and rent payment histories.

The Developer plan includes sales and financial reports for your deals and installment schedules.

Yes. On paid plans you can:

• Add property owners (landlords) with their bio data and bank details
• Assign owners to properties and change them over time — the full ownership history is kept
• Pay owners directly into their bank accounts from rent collected
• Keep owners anonymous on tenancy agreements if you prefer — your PM details are used instead

1. Find a property you like and indicate your interest in the app
2. The property manager or landlord is notified right away and inspection is arranged
3. Once you are accepted as a tenant, your details are captured and a tenancy agreement is prepared in the app
4. Rent is paid in the app — or recorded if you paid outside it — and tracked with due-date reminders
5. Lease renewals and notifications keep everything on record for both sides

Payments on Gidillo are processed securely online:

• Tenants pay rent in the app; the payment is tracked and visible to the property manager
• Property managers get a wallet they can fund to pay for services such as bank transfers and payouts
• Rent and payouts can be disbursed to landlords and bank accounts
• Payments made outside the app (bank transfer or cash) can be recorded so your records and reports stay complete

All plans are billed yearly in Naira (₦). Current prices:

1. Standard — Free

2. Silver — ₦15,000/year
   • Everything in Standard, plus up to 30 rental properties and 2 sales per year
   • Market trends, property reports and landlord reports
   • Lease renewal, property and tenant issue notifications
3. Gold — ₦25,000/year
   • Everything in Silver, plus up to 100 rental properties and 3 sales per year
   • List commercial properties
4. Platinum — ₦50,000/year
   • Everything in Gold, plus up to 200 rental properties and 5 sales per year
   • Manage estates and malls
5. Premium Plus — ₦100,000/year
   • Everything in Platinum, plus unlimited rental properties and property sales
   • Branded client portal with a custom login link for your clients
   • Full financial reports
6. Developer — ₦100,000/year
   • For developers: manage buyers, deals, units and estates
   • Unlimited sales deals, installment schedules, sales and financial reports

You need a property management account to subscribe to a paid plan. The low introductory prices shown on the pricing page are valid till January 2027.

On the Standard, Silver and Gold plans you can also purchase additional blocks of 100 properties at ₦10,000 per year per block. For example, managing 120 properties costs ₦20,000 per year (two blocks) — and the next block is only needed when you go above 200 properties.

Yes. If you sign up with a friend's referral code, you get 10% off your first paid subscription — for example, Silver drops from ₦15,000 to ₦13,500 per year.

Your friend also earns a reward when you subscribe:

• Platinum: ₦15,000

The discount applies once, to your first paid plan only.

Premium Plus includes a fully branded client portal:

• Your company name, logo and brand colours on the client dashboard
• A custom login link for your clients (for example, gidillo.com/onboarding/login/your-company)
• Clients manage their tenancies, rent payments and documents under your brand
