Gidillo is an all-in-one online real-estate platform that provides the following services:

• Allows users to find property for rent or for sale
• Allows Property Managers and Landlords to manage their rental properties
• Allows for developers to list properties for sale [Coming Soon]

Gidillo allows users to search the online platform for rental property or for property that is on sale. The webapp allows the user to search based on the following criteria:

1. Type of real-estate transaction
   • Rent
   • Buy
2. Location of the property
   • State
   • Local Government
3. Type of property
   • House
   • Apartment
   • Duplex
   • Terrace
4. Number of bedrooms
5. Price Range

Once you have all search criteria locked-in, the webapp will pull up all properties that fit your criteria.

The Gidillo WebApp also provides functionality for Property Managers or Landlords to manage their properties. Imagine you are a property manager and you have dozens of properties rented out to different tenants, Gidillo provides the functionality to assist property managers organize and supervise all aspects of managing rental properties such as:

1. Rent collection (App facilitates payment of rent to the Landlord)
2. Rent due notification for all tenants (the webapp will alert the tenant and the property manager when the rent is due)
3. Database of all properties with pictures and addresses
4. Database of all tenants occupying the properties.
5. The WebApp provides the ability to store important information on all tenants such as:
   • Name
   • Phone number
   • Email
   • Occupation
   • NIN
   • And more
6. Tracking payments for each property (the webapp tracks financial transactions for all properties being managed).
7. Once the property becomes vacant – the property manager or landlord can list property for rent with the click of a button at no additional cost.

The Gidillo WebApp also allows property developers to list their property for sale. Just like for the property managers, developers can upload pictures of the property with the appropriate information onto the website. This information is then made searchable by interested buyers of property.

When a user finds a listing that they like, the Gidillo WebApp allows them to indicate their interest in renting the property. As soon as this is done, the webapp sends a notification to Gidillo representatives and Gidillo's number is revealed to the user. The user has a choice, either ask to be contacted by a Gidillo representative or call the Gidillo number displayed on the app. This choice is given through the app.

Once the user indicates that they would like to see a property, a Gidillo representative is immediately notified and the user is contacted. A meeting is set up where the property or properties will be inspected by the user and the Gidillo rep.

The Gidillo rep takes the user to the PM or Landlord for a complete KYC.

If the PM or Landlord accepts the tenant, then the Gidillo Rep takes the tenant to the property for inspection.

This process is repeated for each of the properties the user is interested in.

When the user finds the property they are interested in, they tell the Gidillo rep who alerts the PM and payment is made over the app.

Additional blocks of 100 properties can be purchased as needed. For example, if there are 120 properties to be managed, the total cost would be:

• First 100 properties – N10,000 per year
• Next 20 properties – N10,000 per year

Making a total of N20,000 per year. The user will not need to purchase another block until they reach 200 properties.
